I have been a loyal customer of Wireless-Signal Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3095-FMU-8775) on March 11, 2010, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
