I have been a loyal customer of Connect-Cast for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3440-TOY-5705) on October 16, 2005, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
