Premier Properties & Sons refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2466-OVE-9868 placed with Premier Properties & Sons on July 7, 2016. I paid $254.59 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sadie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
