On July 30, 2003, I signed up for Pro Homes & Sons's customer support at their Clementineport, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $78.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cyril C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
