Billing dispute with Architecture Professionals

On August 15, 1984, I signed up for Architecture Professionals's exchange program at their Lemuelmouth, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $84.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Thurman Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
