I want to report a serious concern with Modern Craft Development LLC's solution that I purchased on July 10, 1993 from your South Khalidbury, Connecticut store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elouise V., but my issue remains unresolved.
