I want to report a serious concern with Pulse Networks's device that I purchased on February 23, 1998 from your South Ezekiel, Ohio store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dallas T., but my issue remains unresolved.
