Unresolved issue with Renovations Development Inc. product

On October 5, 2014, I signed up for Renovations Development Inc.'s technical assistance at their New Hudsonhaven, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $783.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reymundo B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
