I am writing regarding order #ORD-3583-RCE-6151 placed with Projects Bros London Group on February 21, 1989. I paid $27.97 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reese Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
