False promises made by Solid Craft Associates representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3284-HMD-5821 placed with Solid Craft Associates on July 7, 1984. I paid $118.67 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eliseo W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
