I have been a loyal customer of Reliable Contractors & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-9991-YHY-2415) on April 7, 1994, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
