Warranty claim denied by Horizon.Cloud Khor Fakkan

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9195-TOY-2861 placed with Horizon.Cloud Khor Fakkan on October 1, 2007. I paid $826.95 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Taurean H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
