I have been a loyal customer of Advanced-Architecture LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-4887-ZFE-3850) on November 14, 1983, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
