Warranty claim denied by TeleCloud Connections

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1785-HET-9905 placed with TeleCloud Connections on January 23, 1992. I paid $703.80 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brennon D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
