Unsatisfactory resolution from Elite Renovations Holdings

On October 18, 2023, I signed up for Elite Renovations Holdings's troubleshooting service at their Lake Elnorashire, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $595.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elenor W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
