Overcharged by CommMobile Broadband for service

I want to report a serious concern with CommMobile Broadband's service that I purchased on January 17, 1991 from your Wiegandview, New Jersey store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Terrell S., but my issue remains unresolved.
