I am writing regarding order #ORD-4889-NDK-6788 placed with Strong Projects Team on October 1, 2000. I paid $187.83 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Edwin X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
