I want to report a serious concern with RapidNet Connections International's application that I purchased on March 26, 2003 from your South Jaqueline, Nevada store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Claude M., but my issue remains unresolved.
