I want to report a serious concern with Wireless.Phone's package that I purchased on July 26, 2015 from your Mollyfort, California store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Shania P., but my issue remains unresolved.
