Rapid.Cast failed to honor their commitment

On March 15, 2014, I signed up for Rapid.Cast's premium plan at their Lake Macieborough, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $538.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cloyd H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
