Frustrated with Precision Renovations & Sons Bendigo's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Precision Renovations & Sons Bendigo's package that I purchased on April 2, 2007 from your Aileenhaven, South Dakota store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Orpha V., but my issue remains unresolved.
