Master Design refused to address issue

I purchased a tool from Master Design on July 6, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Carlie E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
