Billing dispute with Quality Craft Builders Bandung

On October 3, 2007, I signed up for Quality Craft Builders Bandung's troubleshooting service at their New Haylie, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $419.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rubye I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
