Unresolved issue with Master-Homes Calgary Holdings product

On March 30, 2025, I signed up for Master-Homes Calgary Holdings's repair service at their Gloverhaven, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $338.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jettie Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
