Misleading advertising by Build Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7278-VWY-8710 placed with Build Enterprises on July 11, 2006. I paid $589.12 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mikayla U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
