Refund refused by Global Mobile

I want to report a serious concern with Global Mobile's unit that I purchased on July 30, 2009 from your Port Adelaton, Maine store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Annette D., but my issue remains unresolved.
