Hidden fees discovered from Architecture Associates International

On April 28, 2019, I signed up for Architecture Associates International's maintenance program at their West Rodrigo, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $252.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brandyn K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
