I am writing regarding order #ORD-2675-QBH-8059 placed with Wireless-Mobile on August 21, 2003. I paid $255.16 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Katherine N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
