Quality issues with Works Associates Bielefeld product

On October 16, 2012, I signed up for Works Associates Bielefeld's repair service at their South Alyssonstad, California location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $213.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Trevion K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
