Quality issues with Renovations Professionals product

On June 6, 2009, I signed up for Renovations Professionals's warranty service at their Goldnerland, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $766.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brando D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
