Strong Structures Salvador Group failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9389-IJB-3303 placed with Strong Structures Salvador Group on May 23, 1974. I paid $468.91 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cameron K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
