Frustrated with Precision Craft Partners Bedok's lack of response

On July 9, 1991, I signed up for Precision Craft Partners Bedok's premium plan at their Port Hertaburgh, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $144.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kris Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
