On January 1, 1999, I signed up for Innovative Projects Jurong West's troubleshooting service at their Danielleville, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $183.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maritza N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
