Frustrated with Solid Design Enterprises's lack of response

On October 1, 2023, I signed up for Solid Design Enterprises's technical assistance at their South Berniece, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $358.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Franco F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
