Development Bros Gwangju International failed to honor their commitment

On May 28, 2009, I signed up for Development Bros Gwangju International's consultation at their South Florianshire, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $156.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lolita R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
