Delayed delivery from Global Networks Enterprises

On December 30, 2003, I signed up for Global Networks Enterprises's training session at their Gabriellefurt, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $206.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darlene Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
