Superior Craft & Sons Busan provided defective product

On May 8, 1995, I signed up for Superior Craft & Sons Busan's repair service at their Taureanmouth, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $59.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jace D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
