Quality issues with Fast-Data Yekaterinburg product

On August 29, 2008, I signed up for Fast-Data Yekaterinburg's technical assistance at their Grimestown, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $828.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Francisca O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
