I purchased a membership from Solid Development Group on May 7, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dulce Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
