Frustrated with Reliable-Homes's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3057-ZLC-2444 placed with Reliable-Homes on July 7, 1970. I paid $117.75 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wade J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
