False promises made by Wireless Communications Inc. representative

I purchased a solution from Wireless Communications Inc. on December 21, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eva X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
