I am writing regarding order #ORD-1917-ZXU-1969 placed with Development Bros Enterprises on April 13, 1985. I paid $701.9 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Antonette P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
