False promises made by Fast Connections Group representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4286-DXX-8679 placed with Fast Connections Group on November 25, 2003. I paid $419.82 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brando X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
