I purchased a accessory from MobileBand on March 22, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Haylie I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
