On June 17, 1982, I signed up for Fiber Telecom Daejeon Enterprises's warranty service at their North Micaela, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $928.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karli K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
