Quality issues with Master-Contractors Group product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8743-ITL-6861 placed with Master-Contractors Group on July 2, 1985. I paid $909.36 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrion A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
