I am writing regarding order #ORD-1145-KFO-9316 placed with Development Professionals Corp. on February 5, 2018. I paid $93.88 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Molly U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
