Poor customer service experience with Development Professionals Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3542-SKU-1637 placed with Development Professionals Corp. on October 13, 1984. I paid $288.86 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaela G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
