Fast.Pulse LLC failed to honor their commitment

On January 1, 2019, I signed up for Fast.Pulse LLC's support package at their South Grayce, Montana location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $624.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michel Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
