Delayed delivery from SignalFiber Connections

On January 14, 2000, I signed up for SignalFiber Connections's repair service at their North Marcstad, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $813.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vella F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
